     The deaths in a small town outside of Memphis keep piling up and the local police and Feds have no clue who the killer is or who’ll be next. Matthew Brewer, Director of the FBI, has no choice but to call his two best people, Connie Davenport, former FBI and current Chief of Police of Arroyo, and William Carlotti, expert profiler. As the murders get more and more bizarre, even Connie and William can’t narrow down the suspect list and find the killer.
